In this Statement, references to ‘You’, ‘Your’ and ‘Customer’ are references to visitors who uses the Site at https://www.propertypriceadvice.co.uk/.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
1.1 PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE TO US VOLUNTARILY:
So that we can provide a service to you, we need to process some of your personal data. We understand that you provide us your personal data on trust that we will use if lawfully and appropriately. 1.2 When you fill in one of our paid social adverts: We will collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, financial details such as salary, partners salary and potential deposit as well as a username and password.
This personal data will allow us to provide you with the details you require regarding Housing Developments in your area. We use ‘Mortgage Brain’ to enable us to determine current mortgage offers suitable to you. You will be offered the opportunity, with your consent, to hear from our House Builder Partners who are operating in your local area. On our tool, you may see lists of Housebuilders, Estate Agents, Home Improvement providers, and Financial Services in your location within your budget. Other House Builders may fall into scope while we hold your personal data. If they do, we will pass your PD onto them with your consent (which you can easily withdraw at any time).
You will also be offered the opportunity to hear from us regarding Home and Lifestyle content which you might enjoy such as Mortgage Advice, home improvements and more.
1.3 When you join our marketing list as a prospective customer of ours: With your consent, we will collect your name, email address and postcode so that we can send you appropriate marketing communications. Please see the section on Marketing to find out more.
1.4 If you send us an enquiry via email, social media or the website: We will answer your enquiry and enter into correspondence with you.
1.5 If you are a business customer of ours: We will collect your name and business contact details so that we can stay in touch with you, fulfil our contract with you and answer any enquiries you may have.
Our website may contain links to other external websites. We aren’t responsible for the practices, policies or content of such websites and suggest that you check their privacy policies to ensure that you are happy to continue browsing.
How long do we keep your Personal Data:
2.1 If you are on our marketing list: If you remain part of Our active marketing list, we will keep your personal data for 12 months. If you opt out of marketing, we will keep your personal data securely on our suppression list so that we don’t email you in error.
If you have consented to our marketing cookies; we will keep your personal data up to 12 months unless you change your mind and opt out. You can alter your preference on our Cookie Consent Preference Management Tool.
If you are a business customers of ours, we will keep your personal data as long as we have a contract with you.
2.2 Enquiries: We’ll keep these as long as is necessary and then for a further 12 months.

(a) If you are on our marketing list: we will send you emails with information and offers regarding your home such as
(i) Opportunities to be referred to other professionals such as Mortgage Advisors or Utility Organisations.
(ii) Details about Housing Developments in your area.
(iii) Updates on the Housing Market in the UK.
(iv) Consumer Offers with organisations such as Sky TV
(v) Content regarding maximising the value of your home
(vi) Opportunity to take part in occasional surveys
(vii) Lifestyle home related content.
(b) If you decide to opt out of our email marketing list your data will then go onto our ‘suppression’ list which means that we won’t email you again by mistake
3.3 If you have consented to our marketing cookies, you will be profiled based on the information you have given us (such as Geographical location) and you may be served Facebook Ads as well as sending you a postcard which summarises what you have searched. It will also give you the opportunity to connect, if you wish, with your local estate agents via a QR code. you will be profiled based on the information you have given us (such as Geographical location). 3.4 Marketing Communications from one of our Business Partners: If you have given your consent for your personal data to be shared with a Business Partner, you can change your mind at any time by unsubscribing directly with them. We are unable to do it on your behalf.
3.5 Social Media
We use social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We use paid advertising within these platforms. If we use custom audiences and transfer your personal data from our database, we will only do this with your express consent. If you choose to follow us on our social media sites, we will see your name and such details as you choose to disclose.
3.6 We use social plugins on the website product pages which allow you to share products with your friends and families. These buttons are deactivated by default and only activated once you click on them. When you click on these buttons your personal data will be transferred to the plugin provider. This will include IP addresses which are then used to serve you relevant ads.
3.7 We use other online advertising such as Google Ad Words, however you can manage your cookie preferences on our Cookie Consent Preference Management Tool.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA & WHERE IS IT STORED?
We are very careful about who we share your personal data with. We make sure that the organisations we work with, such as couriers, take your personal data as seriously as we do. We would never share your data with third parties for marketing activity without your express consent.
When we store personal data outside the U.K., it will follow the UKGPDR adequacy regulations or other safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules.
The organisations we share data with are:
4.1 In order to run our business, we use Couriers, Webhosts, Servers (Webfaction), Marketing & IT Consultants, Data Analysts, our Accountant, Accounting package and Solicitor (if required). We also use eg; Microsoft, Google, Sendgrid, and Gmail within the business to communicate and make sure we run efficiently.
4.2 If you’re one of our consumer customers and have given us express consent, we will share your personal data with our Independent Financial Advisors and/or House Builder Partners (if you are a match for developments in Your location). If you consent for your personal data to be shared with these partners, they will provide you with their own Privacy Notice and you are able to change your mind at any time.
4.3 If you have given your consent for your personal data to be shared with your choice of Estate Agents:
Your personal data will be sent to them via our trusted partner, On The Market. On The Market will not use your personal data for any other purpose than putting you in touch with the Estate Agents you have selected to hear from.
4.4 You will see various links on our website to services such as Sky, On The Market and Shop Around Finance. We will not share any of your personal data with these business partners, unless they are providing a service for us (see 4.3) but you are welcome to click on these links to find out about their services and information their offers.

4.6 Transfer of Personal Data in the Event of the Sale of Property Pathways Limited or its Assets. In the event that Property Pathways Limited is sold or transfers some of its assets to another party, Your personal data could be one of the transferred assets. If your personal data is transferred, its use will remain subject to this Statement. Your personal data will be passed on to a successor in the event of a liquidation or administration.
